I'm looking to fill a room in downtown Hoboken. My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend.

This is a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Prefer someone female in their 30s. Contact me if you are interested!

Move in: June 1 or 15 (flexible). She is hoping to move out slowly between June 1-13. But is flexible to move out by June 1.

The current lease ends September 30 and can be renewed for a year starting October 1.

Your portion of the rent would be $1,637.50/month for the remainder of the lease (until Sep 30)
Security deposit is 1.5 months rent ($2,457)
Utilities: ~$100/month
