Master Bedroom in a historic downtown building

We are two friends, Tommi and Praneeth moving to Newark from DC looking for a third roommate beginning of June

Where:
Building called The Walker House located in central downtown. It is in front of the Harriet Tubman park, near the Newark art museum, NJ performing arts center, many shops and restaurants, and gorgeous architecture!
A light rail is directly in front of the building, and it’s a short walk to Newark Penn station or Broad street Station.
The building itself is an art deco style building with grand details that has been converted into apartments. It has all amenities you can imagine, and is spacious with high end finishes. The building contains 24hr concierge, secured package room, secured entry, in-unit laundry, etc Unit price is 3,600, and the master suite is available and has two closets, with a connected bathroom.

About us:
We are both LGBTQ+, I (tommi) have a 3-year-old cockapoo named Polo, who is very sweet, does not bark or make any messes, and is hypoallergenic. Both Praneeth and I share a passion for art, architecture and interior design. We are both fun-loving and like to spend our off days meeting people, exploring new places and cuisines. I am a dog trainer and dog walker with a degree in Interior design, and Praneeth is a resident physician at one of the local hospitals.

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a female or LGBTQ+ roommate, someone who is friendly and clean, easy going, and would be okay with friends/family visiting over from time to time.
