Hi there! Im renting out my beloved fully furnished room in a 3-person flatshare in Chapel Hill for a few months because I my exchange year in North Carolina ends in May, but my rental contract runs till August!
Our house is just a few minutes by foot from Franklin Street (the beating heart of Chapel Hill) and the UNC-Campus. The house lies in a calm neighborhood. The Bedroom has a Private Bathroom and comes with access to the shared living room, kitchen, and laundry room. The room is furnished with a twin bed with a new mattress, a writing desk, a chair, and a dresser. The room has a door to the spacious garden. The garden features a dining table and a fire bowl. Plenty of storage room is available in another room in the basement. The remaining two roommates are lowkey, with their bathroom and bedrooms upstairs.
All three of us are grad students in the Carolina-Duke-Grad Program in German studies.
