Basement includes: alarmed private space, separate entrance, bedroom, full bathroom, parking space, mini kitchen area, and laundry area. Located in the Hillen neighborhood, less than five minute walking distance from Morgan State University. Quiet streets and well-kept yards adorn the Hillen neighborhood. Within 15 minutes of Johns Hopkins University, Towson University, Loyola and Downtown Baltimore.

Month to month lease preferred, but negotiable. Asking for security deposit (one months rent) plus first months rent at time of lease signing. I am not looking to take in any pets at this time.

The basement is available immediately.

The deposit is $800.00 and the monthly rent is $800.00. Rent includes ALL utilities (water/sewer, gas/heat, electric, WiFi, garbage).

To secure the basement area your $800.00 deposit and signed Tenant Agreement are required.
