Upper East Side Ground Level- Looking for Roomate

Ground floor apartment located in Yorkville, on the upper east side of Manhattan. The room itself has a closet and a window. The last occupant slept in a twin sized bed and had room for a regular sized bureau and a desk, as well as, a few other smaller pieces of furniture for storage. The common space contains a small kitchen/dining area (small dining table, medium sized fridge, oven/stove, microwave, toaster oven, abundant cupboard space, and a window). The common space also consists of a small living room space which contains a futon, bookcase, wall shelving, small coffee table, and wall-mounted flat screen. The living room also functions as the hallway to the bathroom and other bedroom. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower/bathtub. The ceilings throughout are about ten feet high.

We just purchased a brand new Linksys router which provides very powerful wifi; strong wifi is even attainable from the stoop at the front of the building.

I currently share the master bedroom with my cousin. I am a 21 year old full-time student at Hunter College. My cousin is 23 years old, just graduated from the School of Visual Arts and has started his new editing job downtown.

We are neat and easy going guys. As students, we are very accommodating with noise issues, etc. Our interests are pretty much across the board. My cousin was a film major so we are very much into movies and shows. I am a health science/nutrition major in college and try to be as active as possible. We are both social people but we don't have visitors frequently so the apartment is really never crowded.
