$1450 Spacious Uws Room For Sublet (Nov-March)

I am subletting my room in a spacious 2bed/1bath apartment on the UWS. Starting as early as Monday, 11/7 and going through the end of February, with the option to sign onto a new lease in March if you want.

Rent is $1450/month. Security deposit is $1450 which must be paid up front. Utilities are typically about ~$75 a month. There is a $500 admin fee to submit an application to the landlord and have your name added to the lease. You must provide this completed application, proof of employment and a copy of a photo ID to pass the landlord's credit check.

FEMALES PREFERRED PLEASE. My current roommate is very fun, normal and clean. She has a small, sweet & chill non-shedding dog (maltipoo). No other pets please :) No smoking.

Great size 2 bed/1 bath apartment at 81st & Amsterdam - amazing location, down the street from the park and history museum. Close to both the 1 and C&B subway stations at 79th & 81st stops, respectively.

Bedroom is big (I have a queen sized bed, 2 dressers & a desk/vanity) with nice size closet and window for very good light. LARGE living area too. The common living area is mostly furnished. Bedroom is not furnished. I do have a window AC unit to sell for the bedroom if you're interested since its already here. There are also some other pieces of furniture in the common area I'd be looking to sell if you're interested in those too.
