Suite includes: large bedroom, two large closets (one walk-in), bathroom, and kitchenette.

The room receives southern light and has partial views of Riverside Park and the Hudson River.

Brand new bathroom features Italian porcelain, Hansgrohe fixtures, and radiant flooring.

1 block away from the 1 train.

Maid service twice a month.

We are looking for a friendly roommate who can expect to be mostly left alone, but always greeted with a smile. Often the place is quiet. Sometimes you will hear children playing when entering or exiting the accommodations. However, the suite is in the back of the apartment and far from where the family congregates so noise shouldn't usually be an issue.
