I'm an international physician studying in Manhattan to take my boards exams and do my residency in a hospital. I'm renting the bedroom in my one bedroom apartment. This apartment is located in the most beautiful and safe area of the Upper West Side where you have a lot of restaurants and bars, local 1 train and express 2-3 trains are located 2 min walking. 1 block from Riverside Park and 3 blocks from Central Park. Very good grocery stores just few blocks away like Fairway, Trader Joe's, Zabars, Citarella. One block from all nice stores on Broadway, drug stores, cleaners, 2 blocks from Equinox and Pure yoga which is the best yoga in the city.

The apartment is 525sqft, located in a walkup building in a really quiet street. The bedroom is a comfortable space which fits a full size mattress and even a queen size one. It has a big closet, big cabinet, bedside table, and air conditioner. In the apartment you can use all utensils, pots and pans from the kitchen. Laundry room in the building. Your rent will be $1, 400 + utilities (around $130). Utilities include: electricity, hot water, heating (winter time), cooking gas, water, TV cable and Internet. TV with more than 200 channels and High speed internet (wifi). First month and one month deposit security is required when move in.

I'm seeking for a female international student or a professional. Reference is a plus. I would like somebody clean, quiet, non-smoker, respectful with the house rules and my privacy, lovely and responsible with monthly payments who doesn't have issues sharing the kitchen, bathroom and dining room (The living room is closed as my room space) And somebody who likes dogs. I have a lovely, friendly and well trained female Labrador Retriever.

About me, I'm a young, easy going, professional, friendly, very quiet, clean, non-smoker person who likes to enjoy a good conversation, a good meal and even a good wine with my roommate when we can do it. I will be most of the time out at school or studying inside my room. Please, no guests are allow to sleep in the apartment.
