Rent will be $1800 and we are looking for a tenant to stay at least until April 30, 2016. It is located on East 69th and 1st Avenue in the Upper East Side. About a 10 Minute walk to the 68th Street Hunter College 6 train, easy access to the M15 Express Bus, and M66 and M72 crosstown busses. Two grocery stores within 3 blocks. ~15 minute walk to Central Park!

We are a clean, responsible and active couple and would like to find someone who matches us! We love to cook, are wine aficionados and can be a lot of fun to go out with. A potential roommate/couple needs to be clean, respectful of the apartment, reliable and trusted for rent payments. No Pets.
