Roommate Wanted for 2bd/2ba Upper East Side

My name is Jessica and I am relocating to San Francisco. I'm looking for a young professional (male and female considered) to takeover my lease in a gorgeous 3rd floor 2bd 2ba apartment on 78th between 1st and York. The room is huge! It's large enough to fit a queen size bed and still have room for a dresser and full sitting area. There is an ensuite bathroom and 2 closets in the room which provide plenty of storage. This apartment is in an elevator building with laundry in the basement with large washers and dryers that you can pay for with a credit card! The apartment itself has a large living area and a small kitchen, but ample storage with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. You'll share the space with a young professional female who I am sure you will enjoy living with. The building does not allow pets. The room will be rented unfurnished, but some of the furniture is available for sale if you're interested. Looking for a move in date between 12/1 and 12/15. In order to move in you'll need $1950 deposit and the monthly rent is $2100. We would process a lease transfer and the credit application fee is about $35.
