Furnished room with Utilities Included!!

Hello,

I have a small bedroom available for the whole month of January!! The apartment is located on 2nd ave in a great area in the Upper East Side, across the street from the Q train station at 86th st and 2nd avenue and a few blocks away from the 86th and Lexington subway station where you can catch the 4-5-6 trains. It is one block away from WholeFoods and two blocks away from Fairway. Plenty of great restaurants, entertainment, museums and shopping stores are all close by. It is also just a 15 minute walk to Central Park.
The apartment is a two bedroom apartment in a walk up building with very friendly neighbors.
The room is furnished with a twin size bed and brand new memory foam mattress, night table, desk, shelves and chair to make it a work station. It has high ceiling and a large big window.

I am super easy-going, in my 30's, love surfing, outdoors (when it's not freezing). I have stayed friends with all my previous roommates so I am totally cool with grabbing drinks or checking out a concert together but I am also very respectful of other's privacy and space. I am potentially looking for someone equally laid back and respectful. My main house rule is no parties and no overnight guests please, if you have a significant other who wants to stay over this is not the right place for you. I will extend the same courtesy to you.
The other roommate is my dog, she is a 7 year old German Shepherd dog. She is pretty awesome and also respectful of your space, she will never go into your room unless you invite her or have treats in there for her. She usually needs a couple of days to warm up to the new roommate so I can only share the apartment with somebody who loves dogs and is not afraid of them.

Temporary visitors like tourists or foreign students are welcome to apply. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.
