Sunny Room in Stuyvesant Town/EastVillage

Ad ref# 100064449

December 16-Jan 1st Move-in! ???? Hello! I?m renting out the furnished extra bedroom in my very sunny Stuy-Town apartment, located on the East River. That?s right we have an unobstructed view of the river! Move in is flexible Dec 16ht-Jan 1st!
I'm looking for a more permanent roommate; it's the cutest bachelorette pad you could ask for! Ladies only please. ????
I?m a photographer and own my own food company, who?s looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful roommate that will pay the rent on time (and take out the trash)! Depending on the week, I?m either never home except to sleep or might have a few days off that I spend experimenting in the kitchen at home. I?m not a big partier, but I do try and have a dinner party at least once a month. You don?t have to like to cook to live here, you?ll just need to like dessert!
All utilities, AC, and internet are included in rent $1650 mo. We's share a furnished living room with TV, the bathroom, and the kitchen. Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pans, etc...even a juicer.
The room comes lightly furnished with: rug, twin bed, dresser, chairs, side table, and lamps. (However, you can fit up to a queen size bed into the space.) The room is 10?4?x12? and has huge windows, two of which open and the other houses the AC unit.
In addition to the bedroom, you would have a study space off of the living room. That space is about 6x8? big. My current roommate using that as her dressing room area, but it makes a great study, work space as well. I have a car, so I can help with any ikea trips.
Location, location...The apartment is conveniently located right above the East Village. It is a 6 min walk to the 1st Ave L subway plus the m14 and m15 buses. The m9 bus is right outside the door. The m23 bus is about a 2 minute walk if you?re headed to the west side. Also, Union Square is a short 20 minute walk from the apartment; where you can get the 456 and NQR trains along with the L. We also are right across the street from the new water taxi station at 20th street. With the L work starting in April, working in Manhattan would probably be the best fit.
Our building has two elevators, two entrances, a video intercom door system, 24-hour video surveillance by public safety, and laundry in the building. Also, I?ve never has issues with large packages being delivered to my front door. If you want to know more about the complex, you can google pcvst living.
The neighborhood, does feel like a neighborhood. The complex has 80 acres of private green space, and people are out on the grass all of the time. There are 3 grocery stores in close proximity to the apartment, along with all sorts of cafes and other shops. The East Village is literally down the block if you want some fun nightlife, or a late night nibble. I?ve lived here for seven years and have always felt safe and secure, even walking home at night. (Stuy-Town requires a $100 background check for new occupants.)
If you?ve read this whole post, include two of your favorite tv shows in your reply. And tell me a little about yourself, I love questions, too! ????
