The apartment is a 2-bed, 1-bath located in prime Soho (West Broadway and Grand), just 1 minute from the ACE/123, BDFM, 6, JNQRW subway lines.

The available room is incredible with high ceilings and a loft area. There's also a spacious closet with plenty of storage. Also offers:

- a ton of natural light / fire escape in center of soho
- comes with AC, a huge closet, and personal living room like set up
-apartment is fully furnished
- comes with dishwasher, guest closet, ton of storage

Preferences: Female only, late 20s to early-mid 30s, and comfortable with an adorable and chill puppy named Presley (pictured, small brown & black).
