Lovely Nolita Apartment (with a roof deck)

Hi Everyone!

Two sisters are looking for a roommate in our lovely top floor apartment. It has a private roof deck and amazing views across downtown Manhattan.

Perfect location-- minutes from SoHo, LES, and East Village. The neighborhood has lots of awesome little spots to eat, drink and go out. Five minute walk from three subway stops- Bowery, Spring Street, and Grand Street.

The room is a good size, can fit (and can come free with) a Queen sized bed, and has closet space and window.

There is laundry in the basement, and a live-in superintendent who is friendly and efficient. It's a very peaceful, cozy, and convenient space to live in.

About us...
We are two sisters in our 20's who share the upstairs room. One of us works in magazine advertising and the other works as an assistant and freelance film editor. Our jobs require long hours so we hope that this place can maintain a calm, welcoming, and fun atmosphere.

P. S. We are subletting the apartment from a girl who is moving to London, so we need to find a roommate who's interested in staying until the end of the current lease in August - this isn't suitable as a short let for a few months.
