One great bedroom is available in a safe area to live in. The person I'm looking for is a nice, considerate, responsible, respectful, full time working MALE roommate. I'd also ask that person to keep the party elsewhere! The offered bedroom has a computer desk and a good sized closet. It's in a nice and spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a beautiful view to Manhattan. I'd prefer someone with minimal stuff but if it fits in your space it's OK with me. The living room, kitchen and bath are of course common areas, we just need to contribute to keep them clean. Laundry is in the building. Close to everything, as well as to public transportation (bus and subway); F train serves us here and from midtown Manhattan is only 3 stops. Apartment is kept neat and clean at all time and I want to keep it this way. Prior to moving in, I will need first month's rent and one month's rent security deposit which is not refundable as your last month will not be charged.
