I travel weekly for work so I'm gone from Monday morning to Friday morning. You would have my studio to yourself on those days (but no access from Friday 9AM - Monday 8AM which is when I'm home).
No smokers, no pets, no parties, no couples. I'm looking for a responsible person to effectively share my apartment while I'm out of town weekly. I'll cover wifi & cable, we split electricity 50/50. I leave the room clean for you each Monday and expect you do the same for me Friday.
Rent is just $1200/month which is a steal for the area. It's your piece of the actual rent which is only fair (and your name won't be on the lease). It would be a "share" scenario legally speaking.
