We are looking for someone who is honest, friendly, keeps clean, and is easy going.
You must be financially responsible, employed, and stable. Foodie & wine lover a plus!!

This is a corner, elevator building on 57th St., in Midtown East, with 24-hour doormen, and laundry in the basement.

The super is very responsive on any maintenance requests, and the overall building staff is very friendly.

Rent is $1500, not including electricity & cable(tv+internet).

You will be sharing the bathroom with one other roommate. Your bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony which can fit a table a few chairs,

The apartment is furnished (you're welcome to add to common area/kitchen/etc.) and the bedroom is unfurnished.
The apartment is smoke-free and drug-free. The apartment shares the floor with only one other.

Some things you will find to be within walking distance are a Whole Foods (and numerous other grocery stores/supermarkets), movie theater, Central Park, a good amount of high-end department stores, luxury boutiques, many of the major transit lines (and easy cross-town access), gyms, great restaurants, and plenty of bars.

You will be added to the lease, and so will need to provide proof of employment and proof of income, and may be subject to a background and credit check.

Security deposit is $2, 733 to be paid in addition to first month's rent.

You will be sharing with 2 roommates (1 guy and 1 girl) in their late 20s/early 30s. Both work full-time in consulting.
Out of the house on weekdays in the daytime and during typical, albeit sometimes long, work hours. Both travel out-of-state for work, on occasion.
