Looking for a female roommate to share my studio

Hello there! I'm looking for a female roommate to share my studio with. The studio is quite large for two beds, and with furnished kitchen and bathroom, there are also two closets available. All you need to bring is an any-sized bed and a desk, of course your personal belongings as well.

LOCATION:
This studio is super clean and you just can't beat the location: West 58th Street. There are CVS, MORTON WILLIAMS, STARBUCKS, Whole Foods nearby, and there's a large shopping mall--the Shops at Columbus Circle within minutes. Besides, it is close to the Hell's Kitchen area, so there are tons and tons of restaurants.

It is actually convenient to reach everywhere in New York City, you can even walk to some famous spot in Manhattan: 7 minutes walking to Central Park, 15 minutes walking to Time Square, 20 mins walking to Fifth Avenue...

MY INTRO:
You'll be living with an awesome roommate, that's me! I'm a grad student, this is my second year in school. I'm clean, easy-going, respectful and fun. I like exploring new things and hanging out with friends, so I would like to spend my spare time on movies, music, traveling, jogging, writings, clubbing and so on.

IDEAL ROOMMATE:
The ideal roommate for me would be someone professional/student, nice, respectful, and friendly, also can help me keep the studio clean. The minimum stay would be 4-6 months, and you are going to pay $2400 deposit which is two month rents. If you want to live longer like a year, you will have to pay $4800 deposit in that case.
