We (two female professionals in our later 20s) are looking for a roommate for a year-long lease starting on September 1. The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom (2-bedroom convert) located on 54th Street and 8th Avenue on the 45th floor.

The room available is the master bedroom suite with its own full size bathroom and walk-in closet. Floor to ceiling windows (45th floor apt so it's an amazing view).

This luxury building's amenities consist of a gym, laundry facilities, package center, dry cleaning, and huge sundeck/garden. There is also a maintenance team available daily and requests can be submitted online.

A security deposit is required. Internet and electricity are not included in rent amount. In the winter, they total to around $50 per person. In the summer, it will be closer to $80 per person due to AC.

The location is great, near Columbus Circle, Central Park and surrounded by Hell's Kitchen restaurants and bars and in walking distance to the 1, A, C, E, B, D, N, Q, and R subway lines.
