Hi! I am in my 20s and looking for a roommate to renew my lease starting in July. My current roommate is moving out of the city and I'm looking to fill her spot. I live in a high rise building in Midtown, just south of Central Park, and steps from many major subway lines. The building is beautiful, has a full time doorman and concierge and terrace that is open during the summer.
I work full-time and travel often. I am neat, responsible and respectful, and looking for someone similar. I enjoy going out with friends, although it's nice to relax at home as well.
The apartment is furnished and has great natural light and incredible views of the Hudson river. The room I am looking to fill will be unfurnished and can easily fit a full bed, dresser, chair, etc. Please contact me for additional details!
