- 1 minute walk away from nearly all the bars and restaurants in the LES

- Living area furnished. But if you have a nice sofa or two happy to talk about replacing what is here.
- Don't have cable. Get all TV through the internet using a Roku. Have ESPN app to watch sports on big screen
- Good internet with TWC
- 1 bathroom / Hot water never runs out
- The room has a 1 year old AC fitted in the room. Roommate will sell, will confirm the price ASAP.
- Kitchen is small, really one person can only cook at a time. But it's nice.
- New oven and fridge only a month ago
- Really, it's an awesome apartment in a great neighborhood. It's a 5th floor walk up however, personally it doesn't bother me and actually there seems to be fewer stairs per flight than most buildings.
I've been here about 18 months, current roommate is moving back to London.

- At the same time it's really important you like to keep the place clean. i. e. wash up after yourself everyday, take your turn cleaning the place every 2 weeks - it's real easy & quick to keep clean (very little clutter)
- Looking for someone who is happy to chill out during the week, watch sports, TV etc. But of course respect each others privacy.
- I guess id prefer someone who doesn't have their boyfriend or girlfriend over the majority of the time, at least until I get to know you a bit.

Apartment, room and other details:
- Rent $1675 per month + bills (ConEd and TWC: which are about $150-$180 between two people each month). Rent payable by 1st day of month going forward.
- Required to pay 1st month, last month and 1 month security before moving in (so that's 1675+1675+1675 = $5025)
- Will need to sign the lease which expires in June. We will have the option to sign again. I plan to do so, but if you wanted to leave on June 1 that's possible too.
- Will need to submit to a credit check, need a credit score over 700
- Need to show proof of employment
- Copy of Passport or US Drivers License and Social Security number
- Landlord and super are cool and responsive.
