Share my Giant Harlem Loft and Huge Deck

Giant loft on a quiet block in a booming neighborhood; 14 Ft. ceilings, tons of light, a large kitchen, two living rooms and a deck the size of most apartments. There are two rooms in the middle of the loft, each contains a queen sized bed and I live in one of them. I'd love to find a roommate that is into using the space for it's potential - dinner parties, barbecues, concerts, movie nights (we have a projector) - but that also likes to keep a clean house and keep it simple.

More than anything in a roommate I'm looking for someone that is open minded, clean and wants to participate in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

About me:

I'm Brazilian-American, grew up abroad, work in Education Technology, but dabble in music and food. I travel a lot for work and when I'm in town tend to be out and about in the evenings; I work from home a few days a week. I love to cook and I've been learning to make pasta over the past year.

As a roommate I'm considerate, clean and friendly. I clean the space weekly, especially the common living rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The "Firehouse" is an oasis, with a garden full of vegetables and flowers and more space than you'll find anywhere else in New York.
