Spacious room in the heart of Harlem

I'm a hardworking, easy going person with a stable job. I'm also an artist and work from home occasionally. I am looking for a responsible roommate to rent the third room in my apartment.

About the place:
Just 3 blocks away from 125th St. right in the heart of Harlem
Spacious double room with a large double-door closet. Unfurnished bedroom.
Beautiful corner apartment with hardwood floor and wide windows throughout. Open kitchen with island. Apartment fully furnished. Shared bathroom with one roommate. New building with an elevator.

Amenities include:
Air Conditioning (in room), Dishwasher, Microwave, Massage chair, Wi-fi
On-site Laundry, Gym, bike storage, and community room with flat screen TV.

I am asking for $1200.00 per month (all utilities & amenities included such as electric, gas, and internet!) One time $150 fee (various background checks). I am also asking for a $1,000 security deposit. This will be refunded back to you if the room is not damaged in anyway and cannot be used to live out the last month's rent. This makes the total move in amount $2,350.
If interested, please be able to provide proof of employment (last 3 months of pay stubs and/or letter from employer entailing employment status). A roommate agreement will be provided which in itself is pretty basic and self explanatory.

No smoking or pets are allowed in the apartment, sorry!
