A pre-war apartment, in the heart of Harlem, 3 blocks from central park and morning side park. If your a shop alcoholic 125th street is walkable, the 2, 3, and 6 trains are nearby by M2, M10, M116, and M7 buses. The Closes hospitals are Mount Siani, Lenox Hill, St. Lukes Roosevelt, and New York-Presbyterian. Henry Hudson River is walkable as well. In the summer as you know New York City does not sleep, the building has a laundry mat attach to the building. However, the apartment has a washer and dryer if you choose to use them.
1-month rent and $700(security)is needed. Security will be used as last month's rent when you decide to move.
You will split the electricity and cleaning service.
