Looking For
I am the owner of the condo and I am looking for a clean-cut type and someone with verifiable employment and/or means to pay their bills on a regular basis. You will be one of three people living in the apartment. You are responsible for one time security deposit, monthly rent, split of electricity and food (if you so desire). Looking for a male (maybe 25ish to 35ish) straight/gay/bisexual friendly guy. Looking for someone who can sign a one-year lease. I will complete a background check also. You will have to pay the cost of that, about $50.
