I'm looking to sublease the master bedroom of my 3rd floor apartment on a short or long term basis. The room is 140sf and features 2 closets (One walk in and one standard double door with lots of space for hanging clothes, etc.). The room comes fully furnished with the items listed below.

The apartment has been recently updated and features stainless appliances, a large 30"? refrigerator, dishwasher and a washer/dryer combo unit. Kitchen, bathroom and living area come fully equipped. The unit faces the back of the building so there is no street noise and the neighbors are quiet.

Utilities Included: Electric, Gas, 100mbps down 5mbps up internet (strong WIFI signal from a high end WRT1900AC router).

About Me: Recent Columbia grad working in midtown. I put in long hours during the week so the place is empty most of the day. Occasionally I have people over for dinner.

About You: No smoking, No Drugs. It's very important that you are conscientious when it comes to keeping the apartment clean. If washing your clothing / bedding on a regular basis is a foreign concept, please look elsewhere.
