1 bedroom available in a 2 bed room apartment close to Morningside Park. Perfect for starting out in the city or for a recent graduate. Close to Columbia for grad students interested. I am looking for someone who can commit to 6 months minimum with possible lease resigning in December.

I am a young professional who works a normal 9-5, unfortunately. I go out some nights or come home and chill out on the couch watching TV. I love to wander around the city on the weekends when the weather is good, or run through the park.

I am looking for a girl who is interested in grabbing a drink or watching movies. Friends crashing everyone once and a while. I am chill with partners staying over, as long as it is not like they are moving in.
