Amazing private room available in Sugar Hill!!!

We are a young professional couple looking for a roomate for our 2nd bedroom. We both work in the creative industry and are really laid back. We enjoy having dinners with friends, bbqs of the roof, as much as lounging on the couch and having a night in. The room is fully furnished and all utilities are included (water, heat, wifi, smart TV). The teanant will be sharing with us the living room, bathroom, and kitchen.

The apartment is located in the most convenient location. We are 2 doors down from the ABCD trains which gives you incredible access to the entire city. No walk to the subway- how amazing is that! On our block we have the deli, laundromat, grocery store, and pharmacy. We have Pathmark, Duane Reade, Dunkin Doughnuts, Starbucks, and New York Sports Club all within a 5 block radius.

About the apartment- it was gut renovated in November of last year, so we have brand new appliances, new floors, new lighting, etc. The apartment is quiet and we don't share walls with anyone.
We have a fairly large eat in kitchen, which is rare in NYC standards! Also, we are on the TOP floor of an elevator building, so we have access to the roof. The super lives in the building and is very friendly and helpful.

We are looking for a tenant that is respectful and CLEAN. Non smoking. No pets- sorry! Also we are looking for SHORT TERM RENTALS. This is perfect for students who are looking for a place for the semester.
