Only 50 seconds to A/D/B/C subway station. Super convenient for student or professional who goes to school or work in Manhattan. Starbucks, local coffee shops, drug stores, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars are all around you. Laundromat 1 min away from the house.

Having a guest stay over is totally fine. But please tell the others first. Everything is completely furnished except for your room.

The apartment is hardwood floors, great sunlight, tall ceilings, nice layout, and is fully furnished.

I am an architectural designer who likes clean and quiet living environment. I cook sometimes but not everyday. I am looking for a roommate (male/female) who is responsible, clean, and LGBT+ friendly. Most importantly, pay everything on time. Having some beers or wine at weekend together would be nice.
