This is a share for a roommate to take over the master bedroom and a private bathroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit of a luxurious 24 hour concierge building in the Financial District. The room is huge and has enough space for a queen size bed and up to 3 dresser chests. You would be sharing with two busy, seasoned professional individuals (one male, one female). The room can be made available for sublet from January 15, 2015/Feb. 1, 2015 (flexible) to September 1, 2015.

Apartment features fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, large furnished living room, private balcony, hi-speed internet and cable.
