2 females in Fidi - action required now to sign!

HELLO FUTURE ROOMIE!!

We are two females looking for a third to complete our home at a place right off the 1 the R and the 4/5 trains!!! Amazing transportation!

Basically, here is the low down:

- we need someone prepared to sign the lease by this friday morning! Please let us know if you are serious about meeting us and getting this done! You will need a guarantor - we need to prove 80x and you will need to be on the lease!
- we need someone with a budget of about 1150 a month give or take - we are still figuring out how each rooms rent should be split
- the apartment is beautiful - great finishes, modern kitchen, great living room, washer dryer on the floor, doorman, gym membership is $10 per person per month, great common deck - its deff a lux life for not a lux price!
- the apt is a 3 bedroom (the flex walls are already built! and they look like awesome real walls you would never know!
- bedrooms are a good size (note - no closets in the rooms but there is a ton of hallway space where we can put wardrobes and a big communal closet - rooms can fit plenty of furniture too and full/queen beds.
- the room does not have its own window but the top of the flex wall has glass to let in the light nicely so you hardly can really notice!
- dishwasher microwave and a nice stove!

About us -
We are 22/23 working in Flatiron and Herald square, advertising and merch planning, we like to enjoy ourselves and entertain once in a while and have a home that is comfy that we are proud of.

We are not anal but want to keep it from looking like a tornado zone if you know what I mean.

Anyways, here is the deal! We need someone ready to go with check book in hand - first month, one month security, and one month broker please!
