***The apartment is at 95 Wall Street, it is a STUDIO bedroom apartment that we are flexing into 3 SEPARATE ROOMS

The rent is fairly cheap for such a nice place, only $1169 per month! It has a doorman as well as elevators! The apartment is in the Financial District, by the Seaport, a very safe and nice area and close to the 2, 3 & 4, 5, 6 trains.

The apartment itself is fairly spacious for NYC. There is a lot of closet space as well as a washer/dryer for laundry. The kitchen is very nice and modern!
