My current subletter is going back to her hometown a month earlier than expected so I'm looking for someone to move in Oct. 1st or ASAP. It's a beautiful apartment on the best block in the East Village.. I've been here four years and I love it. There are two skylights, it's the top floor and gets tons of sunlight, and I keep it neat & clean. You'd be living with me- I'm chill, easygoing, graduated NYU a year ago and now work in a restaurant usually during the day plus do some freelance writing. Let me know if you have questions or you think this would be a good fit!
Rent is $1500 each and it'd be for October to start. If it works out, we can extend.
