(Room can come completely furnished (bed & mattress purchased two months ago, arm chair, bookshelf, rug, lamps, includes window AC unit) for $400.) Decent sized closet with plenty of storage space.
The apartment is on the second floor of a three story building - only two other apts. Living space is huge and open to the kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel fridge and DISHWASHER. The apartment also has an IN-UNIT WASHER/DRYER, and a shared back yard. ALL utilities are included except internet, so no worries about AC or doing laundry. Apt is at 110th and 3rd - 1.5 blocks from the 6, 1 block from two grocery stores and award winning pizza, and a taco truck is always directly outside the front door.

About the roommates: 2 females, both 27, one works a standard 9-5, the other works backstage for a show on Broadway. They're friendly, outgoing, love wine and board games, occasional trashy TV and Netflix binges, and looking for someone similar! Females preferred!
