$995 Roommates Wanted East Harlem

Looking for laid back roommates to rent rooms in my East Harlem apartment.

Here are the deets

Location:
115th and 116th on 1st Avenue. Short walk from the 6 train. And a 5 min walk to Target and Cos Co.

The Apt:
The apartment covers the entirety of floor so we have a spacious shared living room and a large open kitchen.

The Rooms:

1) Large enough for a twin bed and dresser or wardrobe. The room could come furnished with mattress and the wardrobe or unfurnished. Private access.

2) Room large enough for a queen bed, French doors. The room comes unfurnished.

Roommate:

I'm in my late twenties working in the fashion industry. I don't work the typical 9-5 and I'm always on the go. Working out hanging with friends etc.

Important stuff:
Both rooms are $995 a month including utilities.(Wifi and Con ed)

July 1st move in. 1st month & security required.

Month to month agreement; Short or long term.

Personal or professional references are necessary.

* I don't have pictures of the 2nd room yet will have it up shortly.
