Room Available Dec.1st in East Harlem w/ Rooftop

Hi,

I work for a major media company and also perform regularly with an acoustic trio in NYC. I?m looking for a roommate, male or female beginning Dec. 1st.

My current roomie is in the process of moving out and removing his belongings. The room available holds a full sized bed with a small closet, however, there is a fairly large closet located in the common room available. There will be ample space available in the common area if you have additional furnishings. The apartment is steps away from the 6-train, and a few blocks from the 4 and 5 trains and not too far from the 2-3 trains. It is also very convenient getting to LaGuardia catching the M60 at 125th St.

This two bedroom apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor) with two other apartments below. Everyone here is very chill.

The apartment boasts its own private rooftop. It?s not that fancy but it is a private outdoor space which is nice to enjoy when the weather is pleasing. I often sit out there to read or listen to music.

Central Park is a short walk away at 110 Street. The East River Plaza is convenient for shopping with Target, Costco, Old Navy, etc. at 117th Street.

My landlords are a very nice couple that own/operate the music store next door to the building.
