Large Private Room in Garden Apartment

The room is 13 ft by 14ft approx & furnished - however I am flexible if you need it empty. I am hoping to find someone who cares about a peaceful environment is trustworthy / responsible. . . this is not a party house it's a home - a creative beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC. I will be traveling over the next few months. Ideally you have a FT job and you work 9-5 M-F and have good references. The neighborhood has it's own park & CP is a ten minute walk - river bike paths are near. The block is a neighborhood - I know first names of my neighbors in the building - I have been here 7 years :D

I have rented it out in the past for anywhere from 3 - 8 months at a time for $1200 a month inclusive. I am flexible depending on your needs and expectations. I am also open to traveling corporate type who only needs to stay in city a few nights a week or X many days a month.
I am down to earth easy to live with. I don't mind if you smoke but only outside in the garden :D
