We are searching for a roommate to occupy 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment. The roommates are 2 males age 27 and 28 and a female age 26. We drink and party, but keep it low key during the week. We all work full time and take our jobs seriously. We have a small dog, so pets will be considered based upon animal, type, size, etc.
The rent is $912. 5/month per person and that includes heat, hot water, and electricity. We have the fastest FiOS and all the channels which is $55/month per person. This includes a box for your room. Willing to negotiate if this is an issue.
This room is not furnished, but there is an AC unit that will be provided.
We are looking for a mid 20s professional like ourselves. Ideally someone outgoing, social, and laidback. We are open a male or female.
