Room in bright, spacious 2 bdrm apt

I am looking for someone to fill the second room in my apartment in Alphabet City/East Village (8th Street/Ave C) available from June 1, 2015. The room comes furnished with a bed and bed side table (dresser and shelf in picture not included). The apartment is in a safe and secure building with a manned reception desk, elevator and laundry. The apartment does not face the street so it's quiet. Features a spacious living area, full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, wood floors throughout, large bathroom with bath/shower and central AC and heat.

Now the important stuff:
- Rent is $1650 per month
- Deposit is one months rent in advance ($1650)
- Bills are not included (gas and electric and internet usually around $50-60 per month).
- No pets please
- Non-smokers only please

I'm a professional in my early 30s, originally hailing from Australia. I moved to New York 3 years ago from London, where I lived for 5 years. I'm easy going and friendly. I'm looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy, a non-smoker and sociable. You should be looking for a house to share with others, not just a room.
