The apartment is furnished in all shared areas. Unit also has a balcony, and is south facing so there is lots of sunlight coming through . Unit is in a building with secure key tag entry. Plenty of parking in lot, and shared laundry room. I’m looking for someone friendly and clean. I’m very easy going, love to cook, love collecting plants. I like to keep my place pretty clean. I have a male cat, he is very sweet and friendly so future roommate must be animal lover. Unfortunately he does like other cats or dogs so I can’t have any other pets in the mix. The building is located right off 88 making travel easy. It is also just 5 minutes from Aurora outlet mall and police station. There is plenty of grocery stores and a walking trail nearby as well.
