Cottage on private pond

This unique one bedroom one bathroom house is our most popular unit. It sits in the back of our property, off the street next to our private ponds making it very peaceful. It has a large enclosed patio with windows and screens to keep unwanted pests out. Brand new flooring throughout. This unit does include a stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer hookups, and a designated parking space. Lawncare and driveway snow removal are included. Utilities are NOT included. We do have a pest control service that maintains the property bi monthly. This unit will not last long. It is perfect for a single person or a couple. Must pass a background check, 680 or higher credit score, and proof of income with 3.5X rent to income ratio.
The following deposits are required: security, utility, cleaning, pet (if applicable). No cats allowed. No satellites.
