Subleasing of studio close to UChicago

I am a postdoc leaving UChicago in June with a studio lease with the Regents Park apartments contracted till end of August, and I am looking for someone to take it for that period. This is a studio apartment with water, gas, electricity, and internet set up already and included in a utility fee. You will take the entire unit with a subleasing contract (no roommate, I will be gone), and get all access to all the amenities in the apartment building. The original rent is USD 1835/month with all utilities included, but is negotiable (reasonably). There is chance that you can talk to the property management to take the unit afterwards with a full-length lease.

The unit has a living area, kitchen, and a bathroom, equipped with central air conditioning, dishwasher, microware, stove and oven and walk-in closets. The apartment is unfurnished, but I will leave a desk, a desk chair, and a 12-inch full size mattress in the unit for basic living.
