The apartment is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom that faces the bay and is filled with natural light. The room is fully furnished as seen in the photos. You would have your own private bathroom and share the living room and kitchen with the other roommate. The kitchen is fully stocked as well.

The laundry room is shared and located outside of the apartment next to the elevator.

The building also offers amenities such as a pool, gym, shared workspace, convenience store, and multiple restaurants.

The Roomate is a 30yr old male who works as a fintech consultant and is rarely home during the day. He likes to wake up early and go to the gym and usually makes himself breakfast before leaving for the office.
