I am Iooking for a responsible, hardworking, very clean, quiet, respectful and considerate person to rent a room at my home. Ideal tenant works 5+ days a week outside the home.

As you can see in the pictures, the room has a bed. You would have a private bathroom. The apartment also has a laundry room.

● 1 person only, no pets
● No smoking/No vaping/No Drugs
● No overnight guests
● 1st Month's rent, last month, plus a security deposit
● Proof of employment
