Must be cat friendly! We have four well-behaved indoor/outdoor cats. Because of this, we ask for no additional pets please.

Utility costs are usually about $100 per month each when we split three ways.

Your housemates: Two quiet working professionals who teamed together to live peacefully and save money. Aside from very occasional dinners, Mariokart sessions and appearances from our partners, we don't often have people over and we're definitely not partiers. This is a quiet neighborhood, mostly families and elderly. We value our sleep & good communication.

Specifics: You will have your own designated parking space in the garage in front of the property. You'll share an upstairs bathroom, and we all share a full kitchen, living room and storage spaces.
