Private updated room end of hall back door entranc

My family has been on this lot for 80 years. This charming 4/2 bath house was rebuild in 1994. I have updated the bathrooms and bedrooms with new paint, carpet and ceiling fans. I am in the master. I have the larger back bedroom at the end of the hall available. It has two windows, tv wall mount, double slide closet, ceiling fan. The light grey carpet, walls and curtains were done less than a year ago. There is a back door that can be used as an entrance. The bathroom has a tub with shower and plenty of storage. It is shared, however, there is plenty of availability. The kitchen can be used and cabinet as well as refrigerator space will be provided. There is an air fryer and toaster oven for simple cooks as well as gas stove. If you can share the gas we can share the grill. The back yard includes an orange tree and plenty of plants to enjoy while sitting in the patio. The long driveway can be used for off street car storage while traveling. We are close to Hwy 101 at the Oakland Rd exit and BART Berryessa is nearby. The street is wide and there is plenty of street parking. We’re quiet and clean looking for the same.
