Looking for Roommate

Hi! My name is Thuy (F) and I’m a 21 year old medical assistant and premed student at SJSU.

I’m looking to move into a 9 bedroom, 3 bathroom Victorian style house about 2 blocks from SJSU campus so it is super walkable. There is currently no one else residing at the property and I’m looking for a roommate willing to move in soon with me since I don’t really want to be in such a large house alone. :P There are multiple open rooms so you would get a choice between $800 rooms up to $1100 rooms. The landlord is only allowing me to invite 1-2 other people despite all the open rooms so sorry!

Im 420 and alcohol friendly, dont have any food restrictions, and LGBTQ+ welcoming. I do not own the property so I am not sure about the rules regarding partying, but I’m sure they require for us to keep it minimal as the landlord is an older Vietnamese guy.

As for me, I’m really just looking for one or two women who are chill and also work/school oriented. Im going to have a cat with me who will mainly be restricted to just my room so just anyone who is pet friendly or a cat lover would be great! I have the first room when you go upstairs, so every other room is still open for your choosing!
