Hi, I have decided to open up my home and rent my spare bedroom. It is just my dog and I at home. Her name is Athena, she is a 6yr old GSD. I am very picky, when it comes to who I let in our home. Looking for someone with a positive vibe. I'm all about vibes!

The best part is the location. It's located in the middle of Third Ave Chula Vista (Downtown). You'll have a few coffee shops to choose from. Also, good places to eat! Trolley and bus stations are walking distance. You'll also have Memorial Park right next to you.
