Great arrangement for professionals who are in graduate school too. No overnight guests. Foreign students welcome. Owner has had student tenants from Japan, China, and France, both male and female. Owner can speak Japanese, French and Spanish.

Neighborhood is fantastic. Short walk to 2 grocery stores, major shopping mall, movie theatre, pool/sauna. bars and restaurants. Mira Costa college is 2 miles away. Bus stop is also a short walk away (Routes 302 and 325), for those students who do not have a car. If you have a car, there is street parking. On occasion, the homeowner may be available to drive student to or from Mira Costa college.
