Furnished/Unfurnished Bedroom for rent in Bay Ho H

-I am renting a furnished or unfurnished bedroom in my 4 bedroom house in Bay Ho. The rent is $900 per month. The house is 10 minutes from the beaches in La Jolla or PB, and 15 minutes to downtown and the airport. The bedroom is 11.5'x8.5.' The furnished option would include a sofa that is a full-size pullout, a clothing rack, a six-drawer dresser, and a small desk.

There is a fully enclosed backyard with artificial grass, perfect for relaxing/sun-tanning. Washer, dryer, and gym equipment are in the garage.

-I am a 38 yr old Male, single, and a former Marine Officer. If I'm not at home or working I'm usually either at the gym or the beach/park. I'm pretty laid back and like to maintain a peaceful home.

General items/rules include:
-$900 security deposit required.
-There is plenty of street parking in front of the house.
-Overnight guests are permitted, just give me a heads up first.
-No pets.
-Minimum 3 month lease for the furnished option, 6 months foe unfurnished, then month-to-month after that.
-I pay for the internet and power but utilities will be shared equally amongst occupants. There is 1 monthly gas bill and 1 water/trash bill that comes out every other month.
-Prospective tenants must be employed and not work from home.
